Hotel Services

If patients can enjoy a bright, welcoming environment, it can have a positive impact on their wellbeing. So we rely upon our Estates team make our hospital buildings safe, attractive places to be. Our domestic service staff are vital to ensuring that everyone here – patients, visitors or employees – enjoys a clean, attractive, welcoming environment. Porters and Security Offices also play an important role in ensuring that all our patients and visitors are well looked after while our catering staff provide nutritious and appetising food, a service often acknowledged for its high level of customer satisfaction and commitment to quality.

Estates and Operational Services

Maintaining the buildings, fittings and estate is the responsibility of our Estates Department and our Medical Engineering Department ensures that medical equipment is serviced and repaired to the highest standards.

Over at the Sterile Services Department, the team prepares and decontaminates surgical equipment while our Capital Department manages all our major developments.
